Refreshing the Project Page

After you make changes to your website or web app, you need to refresh the project so the changes appear in Webvizio. To do this, click the refresh icon🔁 in the top-right corner of the screen.

Who can refresh a project

Only users with the Project Manager or Account Owner role can refresh a project. Learn more about roles in the User Roles article.

Users with other roles can still click the refresh icon. For them, it clears the browser cache, which helps if an old version of the site is stored in their browser.

Skip manual refreshes

If your project uses the Webvizio script, the Chrome Extension, or the WordPress plugin, Webvizio always shows the current version of your site, so you don’t need to refresh the project manually. In this case, clicking the refresh icon only clears the browser cache.
